Why some people make it and others don’t

I remember the moment I decided to throw caution to the wind and go for it.

88275111I had been dreaming of escaping the cubicle for a life of freedom of the open road, and being accountable to the best boss in the world….me.

After recently having my first baby, I wanted work life balance and thought starting my own business was the answer.

So I started my blog, and intended to somehow turn it into a thriving business.

It had to, I couldn’t afford for it not to work. After all, I had given up a lucrative management position in order to do this. Plus I had a family now.

And then the reality hit, a month in I realised that there were certain things nobody had told me about working for yourself.

For example after spending way too much time browsing YouTube University, I quickly learned that not having an IT department sucks!

Secondly, it can be lonely when you are operating an “in the clouds” business and it’s just you.

But the big thing that nobody tells you about being footloose and fancy free, and only being accountable to yourself –there’s no way you can do it alone. I worked this out a lot later than I should have, as it was obvious that I needed help.

I had been agonising for weeks over making the right decision, and drove myself crazy with all the thoughts that were going around my head like, should I do this, should I do that?

I longed to have someone to bounce ideas off, to guide me and to make building my business easier.

This bothered me. I didn’t want to spend the money on a coach. It wasn’t part of the plan. So I waited and tried to make my dream business work on my own.

And I continued to stay in the same place.

But I wanted to move forward so I bit the bullet and made the most expensive investment in my business to date.
I started working with a coach.

Within a week I had my business model in place and was earning money and I so regretted not getting a coach earlier.

At the time I figured it was the only guidance that I’d be needing.

Ever heard the saying new level, new devil?

In order to play an ever bigger game, recently I’ve been feeling like I’d love to have guidance from someone who’s been where I am and is achieving the results I want.

I’ve found myself back in the familiar place of thinking about whether I should invest more money and work with a coach again.

Only this time I’ve decided not to waste precious time. So this weekend I’ll be doing a two-day intensive coaching program that’s costing me $2,500. I’m expecting a x 10 return on my investment (swiftly I hope).

It still surprises me how I had no idea that working with a coach would be an integral part of building my business. If you have your own business maybe you can relate.

Or perhaps working with a coach might be just the thing you need to take you where you want to go.

That’s why I wanted you to be the first to know that I’ll be opening up my Luxe Business Accelerator Mastermind shortly.

Chances are you want to get your blog posts read and shared + improve the results you’re getting from social media. But importantly, you want a reliable and consistent pipeline of leads into your business.

If you’re ready to seriously stand out online and build a brand that makes you money, my 6 month mastermind might be perfect for you.

I’m revealing the exact system I’ve used to attract 4,000 visitors to my site each day, and get media invites and be invited to speak on stage. I’d love to take you under my wing and show you how you can too.

My last group coaching program sold out in the first day, so if you’re interested in the opportunity click here to find out more now!

Picture this, a game-changing 6-week intensive group coaching program, where you’re given an easy to implement strategy which gives you the results you crave:

I love your story Jane! I look forward to hearing about how your coaching session went. Your Web Celeb course is such a great idea! It is so easy to just keep struggling and often not realise it actually saves you time and money to get the proper help you need.

You know, I have heard having a mentor gives you momentum in your business. After reading your post, it makes sense to have a coach to teach you and build your skills so you can be a success on the court. I’m checking this out now. Thank you. 🙂

Hi “The Plumbette”, thanks for your comment. You know I TRULY believe this is the case as it’s been my experience. The big myth about solopreneurship and entrepreneurship is that you have to do it yourself – it’s actually when you need the most help. Feel free to email me directly if you have any questions or need any help.
